Fabiana’s tireless advocacy for premature babies and their families, her exceptional leadership, and her role in transforming family-centred healthcare have been honored with this well-deserved recognition.
Under Fabiana's leadership, the Canadian Premature Babies Foundation (CPBF) has continued to make an impact across Canada and beyond. Her efforts, inspired by her personal journey as a parent of a preterm baby, have elevated the voices of families in the neonatal community, including research, advancing family-integrated care (FICare) and improving the experience for families navigating life in the NICU.
