A new research paper from the International Family Integrated Care committee in collaboration with the CPBF showcases the impact of COVID-19 on the NICU. The study demonstrates how the lack of parental presence in the NICU can have a negative effect and how pushing to safely return to these practices is essential. This research paper shows COVID-19's impact, while also providing recommendations for a safe return to keeping parents and babies together, which CPBF has always advocated for.
